Drawing unrivalled attention to professionally develop the academic and administrative leaders, in line with the joint partnership between the University represented by the general administration for planning and development and the Institute of administration, the institute conducted a number of the applicative episodes programs for the first semester in 1436 H, which targeted a number of the academic and administrative leaders in the university. The trainees were supplied with the modern aids in administering team groups, making –decision policies strategic planning, the evaluation of the employees job performance , and the development of the administrative skills , and the achievement of the administrative distinction in the governmental authorities, particularly in the universities.
