A scientific team from the Vice-Rectorate includes the University Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari and the Director of the University Environment and Health Occupation, Mr. Abdelelah Al-Mutairi has participated in the 3rd Scientific Forum for People Working in the Field of Safety in the Universities, which was held in King Abdul Aziz University from the time 26/4/1436 to 28/4/1436. This participation was in respond to an invitation sent by the forum and in compliance with the directive of the University Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren.
A scientific paper was presented by the team of the university titled (Assessment of the Availability of Safety and Engineering Occupational Health Requirements in Labs of Newly Established Universities in Saudi Arabia; Majmaah University as a Case Study)
The University Rector, Dr. Al-Dosari stated that the university strives to upgrade the safety and occupational health level in the university environment, particularly labs environment due to its crucial role in carrying out research. Dr. Al-Dosari added that the flaw in such environment may cause a fatal damage. Finally, a reference was made by Dr. Al-Dosari to the constant follow-up and support of the University Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren to develop the university environment in all aspects.
