Reaching out for more cooperation and strengthening ties with public and private universities, Majmaah University delegation paid several visits to some institutions participating in the career day events in London in the framework of Graduate Studies Deanship plan.
The delegation headed by Dr. Abdullah Abdul-Kareem accompanied by Dr. Bandar Al-Yahia, Dr. Abdullah Al-Hussien, Mr. Waleed Al-Mijalla, Mr. Sulieman Al-Bader and Mr. Musaed Al-Shammari visited the pavilion of the Ministry of Higher Education delegation participating in the events and introduced them to the achievements of the university.
Moreover, Dr. Abdul-Kareem explained the general objectives of the university in addition to the goals that had been previously reached by the department of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, as it worked on attracting a number of distinguished scholarship students to work at Majmaah University. Those objectives have been attained through following the directives of vice-chancellor of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Shaye who developed potentially successful goals, vision and a mission of the attraction program reaching 500 scholarship students so far.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Al-Shaye offered an honorary shield to the delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education on this occasion.
Other visits have been made to the pavilions of King Saud University, Muhammad Bin Saud University and Qassim University.
In a community-based initiative, the delegation distributed gifts to children of the visitors and their families.
