Under the supervision of the dean of Quality and Development Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah, a meeting with the vice-deans of Quality and Development at the university colleges was held. Vice-dean of Development and Academic Accreditation Dr. Ahmad Al-Dahash along with the deanship consultants Dr. Mahmoud Tharwat, Dr. Al-Mutwalli Ismael and Dr. Muhammad Jazar joined the meeting. Dr. Al-Jarallah started the meeting by welcoming the vice-deans of Quality and Development Deanships. “This meeting reflects a new phase of cooperation and coordination between the deanship and the colleges of the university in order to achieve the Quality Assurance at the university colleges and prepare Majmaah University for academic accreditation,” Dr. Jarallah said. The dean reviewed the deanship schedule of this year's events and activities that will be carried out. Further, he spoke about the developmental project aimed at preparing Majmaah University for academic accreditation, its main objective and the potential output. Dr. Saleh Dahash then talked about the importance of institutional self-examination at the University, an examination that is being run at the university in preparation for the application to national institutional accreditation. Subsequently, the deanship consultants reviewed the quality system at the university and the mechanism for evaluating the performance of colleges, along with the performance indicators. The meeting ended up with several discussions and inquiries of the attendees in addition to a number of proposals for development and quality.
