The Deanship of Quality and Skills Development organized a meeting between the University Rector Dr. Khaled Bin Sa'ad Al-Mogren with employees included by the Royal Decree of permanent recruitment on official jobs who reached two thousand employees. The meeting initiated by a recitation of the Holy Quran followed by a word on behalf of all employees delivered by Mr.Mohammed Bin Ahmed Al-Aqeel, who thanked God and extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for his Decree of permanently recruiting employees.Then, he greeted with all his colleagues their the Rector for his effort, guidance and follow-up to complete the recruitment procedure.After that, His Excellency Dean of Quality and Skills Development, Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Jarallah delivered a speech where he welcomed His Highness the Rector of the University, Vice Rector, Deans of colleges and Deanships and employees. Then, he shed a light on the programs organized by the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development for employees. He also praised the insightful vision of the Rector when he gave his directions to the Deanship of Quality Training and Qualification.He also mentioned the unlimited support of His Highness the Rector for the implementation of this project which enhances their potential and develop their skills. Conducive places were created for training and with the participation of the best coaches who enriched the program with their knowledge.Then, a presentation was given about the program of the Deanship concerning the staff and the efforts made to conduct this program. With regard to the preparation for this meeting and how the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development has been able in a short period to set up a 14 Training Hall in Majma'a, Zulfi,Ghat, Remah and Hawtat Sudair as well as training two thousand employees using the latest techniques in training and registration. After that, His Highness the Rector delivered a speech where he welcomed the attendees and all the employees then presented his congratulations to all employees and thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul aziz for his decree as well as his generous offer to the universities of Saudi Arabia in general and the University of Majmaa in particular.Then, he gave a pieces of advice and instructions like adhering to the values of the university, which depends on sincerity in work, hardworking, responsibility, transparency, performing the duties in a proper manner and the feeling of belonging to the University.He also added that the reasons of success is linked with commitment to religion revelations and honoring parents. He then noted the great efforts made by the employees in order to end the recruitment procedure as well as the work of the relevant committees in the university for long hours and the communication with officials in the Ministry of Civil Service and Finance to finalize the recruiting procedures. He also added that the university utilized the continues support from the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and has achieved a number of successes and achievements which granted her a good reputation and status among Saudi universities which require us to maintain working hard to achieve more success. His Highness finally thanked the Dean of the Quality and Skills Development, Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah for his effort and his good manner in dealing with the staff as well as the accuracy and quality of implementation for this program, Finally,a memorial gift was given to the Rector on the occasion by the employees.(The ceremony presenter was Shaker Bin Mohammad Al-Oud.
