Due to the promising results of 1st and 2nd workshops to review the university self-study, the 3rd workshop was conducted by the Developmental Project Committee to revise the study, particularly the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th criteria of accreditation. The workshop was attended by the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shayaa and a number of prominent figures along with the consultant of the developmental project.
The workshop began by a speech for Prof. Mohammed Al-Rukban, the Rector’s consultant and Head of Committee, where expressed his appreciation to everyone who attended the workshop. Dr. Al-Shayaa stated the primary purpose of this workshop is to resume the analysis and revision of the remaining criteria of accreditation.
Upon the end of the workshop, Prof. Al-Shayaa expressed his appreciations to the efforts being exerted by every individual to contribute to the development of the university. He noted that identifying the points of weakness is significant, however, transforming these points into reality is the most difficult part. Many of the achievements are attributed to the support of the Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren who spares no efforts in providing unconditional supports for the development of the university, added Prof. Al-Shayaa.
