A rhetorical ceremony was held by the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development for awarding winners of MU Rector’s award for quality and outstanding performance. Dr.
Mohammed Al-Oubudi, Dean of Quality Deanship, delivered a speech where he presented the deanship’s strategic plans which include training 35% of faculty members. The deanship intends to promote the institutional concept of quality among employees, added Dr. Al-Oubudi. Addressing the audience, MU Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren expressed his gratitude with this ceremony being one of the essential events in the history of the university.
By observing the results of the award, I could say that MU shall be on top of the Saudi universities in education, added Dr. Al-Mugren MU award for quality and outstanding performance is an annual award that aims to create a sense of competition among staff and students. The criteria of the award are made to contribute in the university strategic plans.
