The General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment, represented by the Epidemiology Department, launched, in collaboration with the Social Responsibility Observatory, a field awareness campaign under the slogan 'Food Safety in the University Environment.' The campaign aimed to ensure the application of safety and quality standards, as well as to raise awareness and foster a food safety culture among the staff working in the university's restaurants and cafeterias. All food outlets on the university campuses were visited, and the key methods for maintaining food safety were explained to the staff, along with proper food storage practices. This initiative is intended to enhance the quality and safety of the food provided to the university community.
