The General Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance made it possible for building supervisors to order materials and spare parts via 'Balaqi' e-System.
The supervisor selects the required item, and quantity along with the building number then submits it directly to the Materials and Consumables Department. The request is reviewed and approves the disbursement.
The system has several features such as adding the quantities available in the warehouse and showing the minimum quantity for each item as well as the quantities available in the sub-warehouses, which facilitates the inventory process.
