The General Administration of Projects, Operations and Maintenance has completed several development works including equipping the destruction building for the Archives and Records Center. The doors and windows were closed to protect the building from dust and rain. The walls were painted with light colors and new air conditioners were installed along with maintaining the lighting and ceiling.
A large suction fan was installed to remove odors resulting from the destruction process, and creating gypsum board partitions between the destruction devices, scanning devices, and a closed room designated for destruction. Special power lines were also secured for computers, scanning devices, and destruction devices to ensure efficient continuity of work.
