The Archives and Records Center at Majmaah University organized a workshop in cooperation with the Archives and Records Center at Qassim University to discuss the electronic archiving system at Qassim University and its working mechanisms.
The workshop featured a hands-on explanation about the process of classifying, coding and archiving documents in the electronic archiving system. Samples were reviewed for classifying administrative, financial and specialized documents in accordance with the regulations and systems for documents and archives and according to the requirements of the National Center for Documents and Archives.
This workshop is part of the Archives and Records Center's pursuit to enhance and qualify technical and administrative competencies.
