The Unit of Training and the Department of Islamic Studies have organized a training course entitled ‘Academic Advising- Problems and solutions’ in the E-learning Training Hall on Monday, 27/05/1437 Ah. Objectives of the Course • Problems of Academic Advising. • Responsibilities of Academic Advisors. • Plans and Tasks. • Proposed Solutions. The course started with the discussion of the tasks and responsibilities of the academic advisers and the problems they often face such as lack of academic background and communication with students. The course’s main aim is to raise awareness of the significance of academic advising in higher education, which can serve Faculty and students.
