Objectives 1- Definition of electronic transaction management system.
2 - Definition of the importance of the system in the preservation and archiving of documents and information. 3. Definition of the establishment, transmission, tracking and management of electronic transactions.
The activity included a visual presentation of the site of the system of correspondence and direct activation by entering the user name and then displaying the main interface of the system and accessing the relevant department in case the member is linked to more than one department. In addition, the presenter reviewed the method of setting up transactions, transmission, referral, closure, tracking, reception, advanced search, payment and attachment.
