The Training Unit conducted a course entitled “The Art of dealing with People”
Objectives of the course:
- Introduce the concept of team work
- Explore how group dynamics work
- Identify the administrative tools that help in the success of a team work
- Strategies of teamwork management
- Best strategies of motivating a team and develop a sense of commitment among them
Description of the course:
The course introduces the concept of teamwork and their dynamics followed by a hands-on training on some of the strategies and tools that could increase the efficiency of a teamwork. Some character styles at workplace were presented and how to deal with them.
