COLLEGE OF EDUCATION IN ZULFI HOLDS A TRAINING COURSE ENTITLED "Self-Assertion and Management Skills"
The College of Education in Zulfi (add-on building) held a training course entitled "Self-Assertion and Management Skills". The course prepared by Dr. Iftikar Abdullah AL Ibrahim, was attended by a number of administrative staff members and students on Thursday, 11\7\1436 AH. The course dealt with many issues, including self-definition, which is a set of organizational aspects of the personality surrounded by a range of activities that aim to achieve a specific goal.Dr. Iftikar explained that self-assertion is defined as the esteem of the individual to himself, she also talked about the reasons that push for self-assertion as well as its divisions. Then, she talked about self-assertion skills, clarifying that a person's life is the sum of his ideas, whether positive or negative, and she concluded the session with positive participation from the students.
