Education College in Zulfi held a Workshop Entitled (Using Electronic Checkers for Plagiarism in Academic Researches) Presented by: Dr. Eman Abdulraheem Ameen, an Assistant Professor in English Language Department, and Mrs. Nigar Ternm, a Lecturer in the English Language Department. Target Group: Faculty Members and their Counterparts. Language: English. The presented Workshop on (Using Electronic Checkers for Plagiarism in Academic Researches) included 2 parts. The first part is the Theoretical Part covering: 1. the Concept of Plagiarism. 2. the difference between deliberate and accidental plagiarism. 3. Dealing with Plagiarism. on the other hand, the second part consisted of the Practical training, which introduces the online Electronic Checkers for Plagiarism; such as The plagiarism checker and Grammarly, and the Desktop-based Checkers for Plagiarism; such as Desktop plagiarism checker 1.11 and Desktop plagiarism checker. This part also provided the steps of using, features and steps of installing these applications.
