Education College in Zulfi Presents a Workshop Entitled ( Learning Patterns) Prepared by: Dr. Abeer Abdulsadiq Muhammah Badawi ( Assistant Professor in Literature and Literary Criticism in the Arabic Language Department) Date: 3\2\1437 AH. Activity Title: a Workshop Entitled ( Learning Patterns). Target Audience: Faculty Members and Students. Objectives: -upon completing this workshop, the participants will be capable of: 1- making a critical review and discussion of the students' learning patterns. 2- using tools to recognize the student's individual learning pattern. 3- evaluating and adopting the teaching approach using the learning strategies which suit the learning pattern of students. 4- applying the results of researches about learning patterns and methods on the practical teaching. Content: The Theory of Learning Patterns: In the educational institutions, some teachers think that all the students learn in one way which is the teacher's way. However, this is a common mistake implies that ( the good students are the ones who learn in my way). Therefore, the students who have different learning styles are neglected for being less smart, not serious or careless. Through recognizing and understanding your own learning pattern, you can utilize the suitable learning methods which help you to learn fast and better. Teaching using individualistic” styles is an efficient strategy and supported by researches to use in designing oriented and guiding curriculum.
