ENGLISH CLUB
With the beginning of the new academic year, and in coordination with the Student Activities Unit, the English Club began its activities in the college. One of which is an English panel discussion for students titled "Living in the city: with or against”. It lasted approximately half an hour, during which the students expressed varying views on the subject. Although, many of them debated in favor of the idea of living in the city, others were against it. Through such activities, the club aims to create a proper environment for students to practice English among themselves and with their teachers. Such environment can have a positive impact on their academic achievement, and improve their English skills by allowing them to exchange their experiences. In addition to this, the club aims to improve the students’ communication skills by employing new and innovative methods. These sessions and panel discussions offer the students a chance to interact with each other and learning outside the classroom. ,,, Mr. Sami bin Mohammad Al-Za’arir, Supervisor of the Student Activities Unit.
