The Unit of Training at the Department of Quality in the College of Education in Zulfi held a training course regarding the use of Excel Application in education. Dr. Yahia Kamaledeen gave the course, which aimed at: • Introduction of Excel Application. • Significance of the Program. • Using the application in education. The course trainer started by introducing the application and explaining its importance in designing student lists and defining successful and failed students in addition to calculating the grades and drawing up charts. The training session also addressed the design of attendance record sheets and setting allowed absence hours as well as making other related spreadsheets.
