Quran and Children Aptitude”
The members of Tebian Society for Quran held -in association with the Department of Islamic Studies at the Faculty of Education in Zulfi- a meeting with teachers of the Quran Memorization School, which is affiliated to the Quran Charity in Zulfi governorate. The meeting addressed several topics: 1- Description of childhood in the Holy Quran. 2- Goals of Nurseries and Kindergartens. 3- Educational concepts and goals of Luqman’s advice to his son. 4- Examples of the prophet’s communication with children. 5- Discussion of the current nurseries and future aspirations. About 102 young students were offered 3 programs: 1- Awareness program concerning animals and how to deal with and be kind to them using a cat as a model. 2- Taking care of plants. 3- Drawing and coloring.
