The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Inspects the College of Education Exams Conduct Proceedings in Z
The College of Education in Zulfi Welcomed His Excellency the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Romaih in his inspection visit to check on the exams conduct proceedings at the college. The college's Dean, Vice Dean and heads of departments went to meet him where he started his tour by visiting testing rooms, and to reassure that exams are being conducted properly and spoke favorably about quiet and organized of atmospheres surrounding the exams' progress. Also, he visited the exams control room and briefed about the pre and post-organization of exams and met the Head and members of the Committee. After that, everyone went to the main meeting room at the college to meet with the college administration (the Dean, Vice Deans, heads and supervisors of department, where the meeting was commenced by the college's Dean opening speech in which he welcomed the His Excellency the Vice Rector and congratulated him on behalf of the college's staff for his appointment as the of Vice Rector for Academic Affairs wishing him every continued success. On his part, the Vice Rector delivered the Rector's greetings to all staff members of the college, and then he expressed his content about what he saw of well-organization of exams inside the testing rooms. In addition, he expressed the Vice Rector Office for Academic Affairs willingness to support the college with all of its capacities, and then he gave a chance for everyone to put their questions forward in which he answered in a way clarifies the office's great interest in all of them. Next, he was briefed about the most prominent achievements of the college through the annual report as well as the most exhibited testing programs, including (Intelligent seats management program), which the college intends to implement during the second semester, which will be an addition to the achievements of the college. At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College thanked the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs for his great interest in the college and the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-megren for his continued support, the number one man in this university, then the staff bid farewell to his Excellency to complete his visit program to other colleges in the district.
