Zulfi College of Education Launches a Shopping Club Event
Represented by the (Bazaar) Shopping Club, and in cooperation with Bawader Al-Jamal Corporation, the Student's Activities Unit held on Sunday 12/05/1437 AH, a shopping event. The event consisted of several corners, including a roses corner, makeup corner, accessories corner, as well as a corner for painting t-shirts and cups, a corner for kids, cell phone accessories, games, pet birds, snacks and natural honey. Moreover, the Shopping Club is a set of activities carried out by the College students, which revolves around fulfilling their shopping needs through integrated marketing efforts. The objectives of the club are achieved by teaching the students marketing skills and satisfying their shopping needs. For instance, the sales process teaches the students various skills, such as 1- dialogue. 2- Marketing skills. 3- Communication skills. 4- Persuasion. The Club objectives are as follow: 1- Identifying the students' characteristics, behavior and daily habits in order to determine their shopping requirements. 2- Identifying their needs, desires and goals. 3- Offering goods and services that fulfills the students' needs in terms of quality and quantity, and in timely manner. 4- Guiding the vendors to use the suitable marketing communication methods with both the supplier and the customer. 5- Measuring the customer's satisfaction.
