The Student Activity Unit in cooperation with Ms. Wafa Al Yahya held a workshop on "Fundamentals of Painting", on Thursday 22/5/1439 at the training room in the college. Students' artistic tendencies and previous experiences were identified as well as the difficulties encountered to determine to practice the variou kinds of plastic arts. The students were then trained on developing their hobbies and how to use modern technologies to be professional. The workshop included an explanation of the various classical art schools, painting tools, types of colors used and media. The trainees learned about the rules and basics of painting, which include a detailed study of the formal structure and composition of art such as the content, perspective, depth, framing, center and the horizontal line.
