“Secrets of Excellence in Administration”

Dr. Nora Al-Shihri, Vice-Dean of the College, gave a presentation on the theme "Secrets of Excellence in Administration" on Wednesday 21/5/1439 at the Reception Hall. The purpose of the session is to develop the skills and abilities of female employees to be perform better at work. Dr. Nora spoke about the duties and responsibilities of employees. She also defined outstanding performance at work as excellence in a particular field with the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively with the people at work. She concluded by giving some tips regarding excellence at work: to love the job, be honest, smile, follow successful leaders and be creative.
