An introductory presentation about the secretary Office of the Deputy of Humanities College in Hawtet Sedair was given in the presence of the Dean Dr. Noura Shaker Al-Shahri and Assistant Director Ms. Hoda Al-Khidiri among an increasing number of employees on Sunday 01/03/2015. The presentation consisted of identification of the office achievements during the first term of the academic year 1435-1436 followed by another presentation delivered by the Academic Counseling Unit showing the progress made by the unit throughout the second term of the current year. Head of the Unit Dr. Najoud Rashid Al-Miteib gave a receptive speech where she welcomed the audience, and gave a short overview about the unit and explained its vision and mission in addition to the services it offers to students. A presentation about the tasks of both the secretary and coordinator was also included. Then brochures about the services of the unit, academic counseling and surveys were distributed in an attempt to contribute to the success of the unit. At the end of the presentation, the ten steps of success were presented followed by inquiries and answers
