Arbor Day

With the help of a number of students, the Student Activities Unit at the Chemistry Department - the women campus- organized on Sunday 17.2.1437 AH. at 10:00 am, an ‘Arbor Day’ activity in the College Square, under the motto "Plant It". The program included presentations and speeches that addressed the importance of trees and their benefits as well as urging everyone to plant trees and care for them by providing plants, Shrubberies, seedlings and brochures. The program also included a pavilion intended for providing advice and information on the importance of trees for human life and their impact on our health as well as on the natural ecosystem.
