The training unit at the Hutat Sudir College of Sciences and Humanities carried its third training day of the TOT program that targets faculty members and administrative employees. The training took place on Sunday 15/1/1438H in the ceremonies room at 6:15 Pm. The session was conducted by Dr. Mubarak Mansour who spoke about the concept of communication, its types and how it can be efficient in the relationship trainer/trainees. Dr. Mansour dealt with the ways to learn the skills of presentation in addition to the concept of training, its types as well as the success factors of training. The session is part of a series of training that the unit conducts to improve the performance of faculty or administrative staff and which will extend until 6/2/1438H.
