: Within the activities of the Training Unit in the college’s Quality Agency, intensive workshops of the faculty members ( male and female) were concluded on Wednesday, 12 November 2014. It took two weeks where two workshops took place during the first week. The first entitled “Characterizing and Determining the Determined” that took place on Sunday, November 2nd, and Monday, November 3rd, and presented by Dr. Mubarak Muhammad Mansur and Professor Fahda Al-Khudiri. The second, however, was entitled “Characterizing and Determining the Pragram” which took place on Tuesday, November 4th, and Wednesday, November 5th, and was presented by Dr. Yussuf Hassan Ahmad Balula and Dr. Manahil Babakir Al-Amin. During the second week, two workshops took place. The first entitled “Programmatic and Institutional Quality Insurance”, took place on Sunday, November 9th, and Monday, November 10th, and presented by Dr. Yussuf Hassan Ahmad Balula and Professor Fahda AL-Khudiri. The second, however, was entitled “Self-study, Institutional Study and Programmatic Study”, took place on Tuesday, November 11th, and Wednesday, November 12th, presented by Dr. Manahil Babakir Al-Amin. The workshops were characterized by high participation and constructive debate which showed a great deal of sensibility on the part of the audience towards what was presented. On the concluding day, the audience praised workshops as well as the coaching professors for the efforts that led to the success of these workshops, and for achieving the expected targets. Additionally, his Excellency the Dean Dr. Tarak Bin Sulaiman Al-Bahlal distributed attendance certificates among the trainees and honored the coaching professors.
