On the sideline of the Consultative Council which the college was honored to have on Sunday, 03/08/1435 AH in the presence of the Rector, their Excellencies his deputies, the colleges Deans, and the supporting deanships; His Excellency the college deputy Dr: Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dosari has appointed both Dr Abdul Aziz Al-Rashid, the assistant of the rector’s office manager and Dr. Saiid Nafie, the Rector’s consultant, for the purpose of preparing the college report which is an integral part of the university annual report and an indication of the achievements accomplished over the whole year. Dr. Saiid Nafie, the Rector consultant, demonstrated the different steps of writing the report throughout preparing an exact audit of its contents and dealing accurately with data like statistics, tables, and graphs. He explained that it is essential the report contain four sources, as follows: First, the general outline for preparing the reports prepared by the university Committee. Second: the strategic plan. Thirdly: the operational Plan. fourth: to stick to the unified draft of the annual report issued by the Council General Secretariat of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia. His Excellency Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Rashoud, the assistant of the rector’s office manager also pointed out to the difficulties encountered when issuing the reports, and how to overcome them when it comes to the objectives and perspective of the report writer, in terms of the objectives and vision vagueness, in addition to the problems related to the report layout, its content, and formulation. His Excellency also focused on the fact that all the university reports should have the same color which represents the affiliation of the University and which distinguishes it from others therefore, anyone who will see these colors will recognize the university distinguished feature. At the end of the meeting, the content of the college first annual report for this year was subject to debate, pictures were taken to reflect the meeting spirit, then everyone thanked the college dean, Dr. Tariq Bin Sulaiman Albahlal, for the warm welcoming and the devotion and dedication he has shown for the sake of the college advancement
