The Faculty of Science and Human Studies at Hawtah Sudair participated in the International Day of Civil Defense held in the Civil Defense Centre in Hawtah Sudair under the slogan of “Media is Protection”, an event which will last for one week as of 21/05 /1437 AH. The Faculty, represented by head of Student Activity Unit, Mr. Hussein Albatainah, and Dr. Mohammed bin Abdu Al-Rahman in cooperation with the Unit of Public Relations in the Faculty, prepared many billboards, brochures and stickers which expressed the Faculty's concern regarding security and safety in the campus. Undoubtedly, the Faculty always seeks to develop the management system of risk assessment and accidents prevention in a view to improving the management of safety and occupational health. The organizers praised the participation of the Faculty which had a positive impact on the success of the event and on its great performance. In appreciation for the participation and efforts made by the Faculty, the Director of Hawtat Sudair Centre, Mr. Fahd Bin Saleh Al Zakri honored the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Tarek Bin Suliman Al-Bahlal for his efforts exerted in engaging governmental organizations in community service.
