Being one of the activities organized by the Student Activity Unit at the Faculty of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sedeir, a competition called “Fursan” was held among the departments of the College. The contest included Mr. Haitham Al-Yousef as the coordinator and both Dr. Jamal Halawa and Mr. Manie Al-Harbi as judges. The first competition took place between the Department of Business Administration and the Mathematics Department, resulting in the Business Department winning by one point. The Islamic Studies Department competed with the English Department in the second period, and the later won by one point as well. The idea of the contest is that each department selects 5 students to compete. They receive 5 questions in all fields, and the winning team provides more answers than the other does. The final competition is yet to be scheduled between the Department of Business and the English Department.
