Under the auspices of the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Gumezi, the college team won first place in the University's Beach Volleyball Championship. The coronation ceremony was attended by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Adel Bin Abdulrahman Al-Olayan, the Head of the Student Activities Unit, Mr. Hussein Batayneh, as well as the unit members; Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman, Dr. Munir Abu-Shawar and Dr. Alaa Marwad. Moreover, the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Sports and Scout Activities Department, concluded the championship during the final match between Hotat Sudair College of Science and Human Studies and the College of Engineering , which ended by a victory for the College of Science and Human Studies with a score of 2-0. At the end of the ceremony the winning team was honored with the championship cup and the gold medal.
