As part of the on-week library activity, the Library Unit at the College conducted on Tuesday an introductory program for new students in cooperation with the Training Unit. The Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Hajed Al-Otaibi highlighted major activities of the library and their usefulness for students and researchers. He also explained how to utilize the Saudi Digital Library. The Head of Islamic Studies Department, Dr. Khalid Al-Serheed, provided a brief account of the benefits and importance of libraries and their wide-range fields. Dr. Jamal Halawah talked about the way to access the SDL and drew students’ attention to the necessity of taking courses in SDL. Mr. Fahad Al-Dahoum explained to students the method of using the college’s library and the strategy of searching for books.
