"Key to Voluntary Work" Course

The Student Activity Unit held a course entitled "Key to Voluntary Work" on Sunday, 2/2/1439 at the training hall in the college. The course, presented by the trainer / Al Anoud Al Shaibani, addressed the way to form a vision and a mission for volunteering work along with setting the strategic goals to meet the needs of society. Dr. Al-Anoud stated the benefits of volunteering in building social relations and acquiring new social and bonding skills in addition to motivation and acquiring early experience in many fields. The trainer discussed several topics during the session including: 1-    The concept of voluntary work2-     Importance and motivation for voluntary work3-    leadership of volunteerism 4-    Factors determining building a teamwork5-    Team building steps and goal setting6-    Education, training, guidance and evaluation7-    Volunteer project implementationA number of female college students attended the session, where kinetic and mental exercises related to the course were performed.
