A Lecture on ‘Intellectual Security’

The Intellectual Security Unit at the female campus conducted on Wednesday a lecture entitled “ Intellectual Security” at the main hall. Dr. Nora Al-Shehri – presenter of the lecture – talked about the necessity of being sincere to Allah in all works and to free the mind from any thought caused by insincerity to Allah. She also talked about tranquility and the good state of mind as well as the dedication to utilize time to do the good deeds. Dr. Al-Shehri defined the concept of belief “Aqidah” and mentioned the different terms of belief described by Ahl Al-Sunnah. The lecture was concluded by highlighting the importance of belief in people’s life.
