A Lecture on “illuminating the truth of common Hadiths”

The Student Activity Unit at female campus held in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Studies a lecture entitled “illuminating the truth of common Hadiths” on Thursday. Maha Al-Otaibi delivered the lecture which included a presentation about the necessity of confirming the authenticity of hadiths and merely rely on its popularity. She also pointed out the reasons behind the popularity of such unauthentic hadiths among people and the methodologies of scholars in warning from narrating da’eef (weak) hadiths.
