The Student Activities Unit in cooperation with the Library Unit of the Female Departments held, on Sunday corresponding to 19/05/1437 AH, a program entitled "Let us Read Together" in the lobby of the Faculty, where the program hosted Bookccino library to promote reading. A collection of books and library supplies were selected for the event. The program started with a speech delivered by the student Shahd bint Abdul Rahman Suwailem, in which Shahd welcomed the Faculty Vice-Dean of the Female Departments, Dr. Noura Bint Shaker Al-Shohary. Then, the Secretary of Activities, Ms. Hager Akour delivered a speech, in which she talked about the importance of reading. The Faculty Vice-Dean for Students Affairs, Ms. Maha bint Abdurrahman Al-lefan also delivered a speech followed by participation from some of female students about reading and its importance. After that, Bookccino library voluntary team and the organizers started to receive female visitors from the Faculty students. In the second and third day of the event, the female students of the secondary schools and their supervisors were received. At the end of the event, the attendees expressed their thanks to the organizers hoping for more activities and programs that promote and encourage reading.
