Dr. Nora bint Shaker Al-Shehri, Vice Dean at female campus, welcomed in her office a delegation of members from the General Department for Development in Majmaah, on Wednesday in the presence of the College Vice Dean Assistant for Quality and Development Ms. Benah Al-Subaie.
During the meeting, a number of topics were discussed including the training courses for college staff, which are expected to boost the effectiveness of staff performance, the weakness points of the administrative staff and how to solve them as well as the number of courses needed for administrative staff and graduates. The General Department was also asked by the College to collaborate in achieving the goals of the initiative (Benaa’) which was launched by the College Vice-Dean Office in the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH. The reasons for not accepting some of the employees in the Institute of General Administration was also addressed.
The visiting delegation praised the college's initiatives to create a sense of collaboration in the staff using workshops and courses.
