A number of students visit the Astronomical Observatory in Hawtat Sudair

A number of students visited the Astronomical Observatory in Hawat Sudair on Tuesday, 25/6/1439 AH under the supervision of the Student Activities Unit. During the visit, students were introduced to the mechanism of monitoring all astronomical phenomena such as eclipses, meteorites, comets as well as how to calculate the moon cycles. They also visited the planetarium and watched the stars and planets, the sun and the moon and listened to an explanation about the most prominent astronomical phenomena. In the end of the visit, the visitors thanked the observatory staff and expressed their excitement with the visit.
