A group of students describe themselves as “Social Issues”, from the Department of Islamic Studies at Hotat Sudair College of Science and Human Studies carried out a project titled “My Beauty Shines Brighter with My Values”. Dr. Naheel Saleh, an Assistant Professor at the Department of Islamic Studies, came up with the idea and supervised the project; which aspires to a community led through values that can reform the students into unique aesthetic versions of themselves. Furthermore, the message of this project lies in continuous progress, realization of the importance of values in everyday life and their role in building a strong personality. After all, values regulate life in society and resolve its problems. Therefore, the project aims to motivate students to adopt good and strong values, and it included three basic values: love, decorum and beauty, and work proficiency. The project also included visual presentations, contests, and a speech delivered by Dr. Naheel about advancement, self-improvement and how to strengthen values in the individual's personality. The goal of this project contribute to the students’ humanitarian message through the most powerful and effective means among student circles. This message is for all classes of society and educational institutions, an effective step towards advancement. For a nation with such values, examples and knowledge is like a star in the sky that can’t be missed, and if it dimmed in one place, it will shine brighter in another.
