The Vice-Dean's Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research organized a range of activities on the occasion of the scientific research week in the sections of female students from Sunday 16/6/1439 to Tuesday 18/6/1439.
The activities targeting the faculty members of the College focused on scientific research and development.
On the first day Dr. Mubarak Mohamed Mansour presented the promotion of faculty members.
On the second day, Dr. Saadia Al-Kabir gave a presentation on conference participation. Then Dr. Noura al-Shahri, talked about a research paper she had previously participated in one of the conferences.
On the third day, Dr. Arafa Jibril gave a talk on international publication and how to identify prestigious scientific journals, their academic significance and strength.
Research procedures and quality of publication was presented by Dr. Sisha Ventaka Laximi.
Dr. Fatima Amer presented a statistical analysis program regarding data analysis.
Dr. Zeinab Abbas spoke about the preparation of workshops for scientific research and the difference between workshops and courses.
The point of this week’s activities is to provide academic development and motivate faculty members and postgraduate students to conduct research and participate in academic development.
