Sheikh Mohammad Bin Jubair middle school in Majmaah visited the Astronomical Observatory under the supervision of both teachers: Mr. Majid Faleh Al Harbi and Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al Fhed on Sunday, 03/05/1436 H corresponding to 22/02/2015 AD. The visitors were greeted and welcomed by the Astronomical Observatory staff. At the beginning of the tour Dr. Sabri Ali explained the telescopes, the solar system, and nebulae and galaxies, next the Astronomical Observatory expert Mr. Abdullah Al Khudairi explained the phases and positions of the moon, then the students visited the planetarium where Dr. Majdi Yousef gave a detailed explanation of the movement of the stars and constellations formations. At the end of the visit, the visitors expressed their admiration for the Astronomical Observatory and thanked everyone for the warm reception and hospitality
