The Student Support Unit held in collaboration with the training and public relations unit in the college a workshop, for students entitled "activities and events provided for University Students." Mr. Tarek AL Omar conducted the workshop which took place on Tuesday 10/1/1438 H in room 19/3. The speaker introduced the student activities unit and the events both the university and the unit are providing for students. These events include the scientific conference, innovation contest, cultural conventions, scientific trips, scientific research, recitation competitions, eloquence contests, poetry, and sports activities in addition to training sessions conducted by departments. The workshop is part of the events offered for the third day of the academic advising week organized by the college student support unit under the banner "academic advising is a collective responsibility." At the end of the workshop the speaker answered a number of questions raised by participants.
