In coordination with the various academic departments’ students, Dr. Hussein Al-Batayneh, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Sattar and Dr. Munir Abu Shawar prepared for a visit with King Salman Sports City administration. The Administration of the Sports City welcomed the Unit members and the students and introduced them to the various facilities in the City, telling them that the football playground was established according to the international standards to be ready for hosting regional and international matches in the future. Then, the students were shown two swimming pools: one for children and another for adults, which reflects the Administration attention to all ages. The students also visited the handball and volleyball fields. At the end of the visit, the students were taken to the theater designed for forums, conferences, plays etc. This visit, however, aimed to increase the awareness for the importance of physical activity and its positive effect on the physical and mental health
