The Intellectual Awareness Unit at female campus organized on Wednesday a symposium entitled “Chastity” in the auditorium of the college.
Presented by Dr. Nora Al-Shehri and Dr. Thuraya Al-Saif and Dr. Omaira Al-Rashidi, the symposium targeted faculty members, staff and students.
Dr. Al-Rashidi began the symposium by talking about the value of human being linked to chastity, highlighting the negative consequences of living without Chasity and drawing examples from western society for ladies who claimed liberty at the expense of their chastity.
Dr. Al-Saif elaborated the concept of ‘chastity’ and its significance for women.
The symposium was concluded by Dr. Al-Shehri’s talk about the positive results of chastity, citing some realistic examples.
