A Training Course on “ How to build Future Leaders”

The Training Unit conducted in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Studies at female campus a training course entitled “ How to build Future Leaders”. The course was presented by Dr. Masha’el Al-Harbi who introduced the concept of leadership, the importance of future leaders in our life, characteristics and skills of future leaders and the trilogy of success: management, responsibly and belief. She also talked about the obstacles facing future leaders and how to overcome them. The Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman was discussed a case in our recent life.
