Training Session on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Social Media

The Student Activity Committee at the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat held a training session entitled (Social Media, the Advantages and Disadvantages) on Thursday February 26th, 2015 at the hall of ceremonies. Dr. Alaa Abdullah Murad explained the essential concepts of Research, types of social media and their advantages. Then he highlighted the characteristics of the social media and the services they provide in addition to a presentation of a scenario illustrating how these services work. Positive and rather negative uses of the social media were pointed out. At the end of the session, students’ inquiries were fully answered, and their observations were discussed
