Training Session on Leadership

In collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, the Training Unit at the College held on Thursday 9. 1.1437 AH, a training session titled “Leadership Skills”, in the Presence Hall. The session, which targeted the faculty administrators and faculty members, was presented by Dr. Jamal Halawah. The session was started with a welcoming speech by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Khalifa, the head of the Training Unit, in which he pointed out the importance and benefits of such sessions. After that, Dr. Jamal Halawah provided a detailed explanation on the concept of leadership and its relation to management and the modern theories on leadership. At the end, some beneficial discussions were made by the audience.
