Unit of Student Activities held a celebration in collaboration with the Unit of Female Student Support to welcome fresh female students at the Faculty of Science and Humanities in Hotat Sudair. Therefore, the celebration started by reciting some verses of Holy Quran, then followed by a welcoming speech delivered by Ms. Maha Al Lefan on behalf of the Dean of the College in which she clarified the organizational side with respect to female students and wished them success in their university careers. Then a speech delivered by the Head of Admission and Registration Unit, Ms. Norah Al Dhawi, she initiated her speech in offering sincere condolences on the death of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, as she said in her speech: (Praise be to God, who created, estimated, legislated, and pleased, and peace be on his Prophet Mohammad bin Abdullah the mercy bestowed, the grace rendered and his family and companions and allies. On my behalf and on behalf of the college employees I offer my sincere condolences on the death of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, but this is life no one will live forever on this earth, and all we can do is to make Dwa'ah for him while he is in grave, and we should express our love for our leaders. We spent the right under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and we woke up in the morning to be under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman- may God protect him, congratulations to all of us in this leadership that I ask God to make it successful, keep it, and protect our country from the evil of bad guys and the cunning of lechers. We are, in this day, which is renewed with a glow of the sun, and faces are being come to the college while others leave, but they have immortalized the most beautiful memories after graduation, and you are in the beginning of this semester full of longings and hopes for the spacious future, though tomorrow is very soon. She added I request you to maintain obedience to God and obedience to parents and take responsibility in this college until you all walk on the right track and achieve the desired goal, and be informed that this college, which embraces you and opens its arms for, has its controls and values, so as each female student must comply with these regulations and values, and the questions are open for each one of you in case of facing problems or obstacles, because this facility, including the academic staff and administrative ones are here to serve you). After that she highlighted the academic system of the college regarding the female student and during which they distributed the explanatory leaflets on fresh female students. Then Ms. Haya Al Subaie, Secretary of Student Activities Unit, delivered a speech in which she mentioned the importance of student activities and their impact on the behavior and personality of the student, also to wear modest clothes, and set a good example to benefit her nation and her society as well. Then Ms Nujood Al Metaeb, delivered a speech of the Unit of Student Activities, in which she showed the rights and duties of the student, also to keep secret in resolving any problems that the female student faces, whether social or economic or other problems, then the speech of Dr. Zainab Abbas Jaffer, the Coordinator of Student Support Unit in which she urged students to be diligent in their study and urged them to follow up their plan of study and concluded her speech in a training session on how to adjust with the university environment
