Vice-dean meets college teaching staff

On Tuesday 22/1/1440 AH, the College's Vice-dean for Educational Affairs, held in cooperation with the Public Relations and Documentation Unit a meeting at the Honorary Hall of female campus.
Welcoming the audience, Dr. Noura Bint Shaker Al Shehri, the college vice- dean at female campus delivered a speech talking about 'Bina'a” initiative, which is basically a call for self-development followed influencing people around you.
Faculty members should pay more attention to students and find out more interesting ways of teaching them by engaging them into discussion during classes.
Some of the ethics of the profession of education, such as sincerity in work and honesty and advising learners and commitment in word and deed were also mentioned. The list extended to include justice, kindness to the learner and commitment to moral virtuous and compliance with good example.
A number of proposals were suggested by audience followed by awarding faculty members who have earned their master's degree.
